Bad birth dates message
qBirthDate.RdThe internal qBirthDate function returns a message for
birth_date values that are incorrectly formatted or improbable. Uses
internal helper getBadBirthDate.
Arguments
- raw_data
The product of
read_hip- year
The year in which the Harvest Information Program data were collected
